Preparation time:      1 and half an hour

Serve :                         6

Ingredients:               Pineapple 1 pc

                                   Whipped cream 1 pack
                                   Sugar 2 cups
                                   Salt 1 pinch
                                   Corn flour 6 tbsp
                                   Lemon juice 1 tsp
                                   Fresh cream ½ cup
                                   Raisin 3 tbsp
                                   Marie biscuits 12 pcs
                                   Melted butter ½ cup
                                   Icing sugar 2 tbsp
                                   Cherries 9 pcs

How to make Pineapple Surprise:

                                    Collect juice of a pineapple. Mix corn flour, salt, sugar and pineapple juice and cook it at medium heat. Remove from heat when thicken. Ground the biscuits, mix with butter. Press the grounded biscuits in a transparent bowl to make a layer and keep in freezer for 10 minutes. Take out from freezer and pour in the pineapple mixture evenly.
                                    Mix whipped cream, icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and beat well. Keep in the deep fridge for 30 minutes. Take out and put in a icing bag. Spread the icing on pineapple mixture and decorate with cherry.

Preparation time:           1 hour

Serve:                           6

Ingredients:                   Milk 250 mg

                                    Cream 150 ml
                                    Eggs 6
                                    Coconut milk 100 ml
                                    Dried coconut powder 20 gm
                                    Vanilla essence 2 tsp
                                    Sugar 120 gm

How to make Coconut Cream Brulee:

                                    At first take coconut milk and milk in a pan and heat to boil it. Now add cream with the mixer and stir well. In another bowl mix together eggs, sugar, coconut powder and vanilla essence. Stir well to mix it. When it gets thick, sieve and collect the liquid in a bowl. Put the bowl in a large dish filled with water and keep the dish inside oven to bake 45 minutes in 160 degree C. The coconut cream Brule will get thick like pudding. Bring it out of oven and let cool. Put a light layer of sugar on top and burn with flame to make golden brown. Now decorate it and serve.
