Ingredients: liquid milk 1 liter
Sugar

Salt
10 gm
Butter
600 gm
Flour
750 gm
Eggs

Custard
powder 80 gm
Vanilla
essence as required
How to make:
Mix
milk, salt, butter in a pan and heat to boil. Add in the flour and stir to make
paste. Remove from heat, add the eggs and mix thoroughly. When the mixture is
ready use piping bag and nozzle to make small drops in the baking tray. Bake
the tray to make roll. Now put custard filling in the rolls. Join the rolls
with caramel and make pyramid shaped Croquem Bouche.
