Ingredients : mashed carrot ¾ cup

cashew
nut 1tbsp
pistachio

liquid
milk 1 cup
How to make:
Heat
the pan with some water and add carrots, cinnamon and stir well. In a bowl mix
egg, milk powder, water, condensed milk, sugar and beat well. Add the mix to
the pan and stir to mix. When it thickens add milk film, cardamom powder and
remove from heat. pour in a dish and level it. Heat the remaining butter in a
pan and add the mashed peas and cinnamon. Stir well and add condensed milk,
sugar and milk powder. Keep stirring, make malai adding liquid milk and sugar
to flour fried in heated butter. Add milk film to the peas mix, stir well and
remove from heat. Make layer with carrot mix on the peas mix. Now put the malai
on top and let cool. cut in a shape as you like and serve with nuts.
