Sugar 300 gm
Baking powder 5

Butter 40gm
Flour 180 gm
Liquid milk 500
ml
Vanilla essence
as required
Custard powder 40
gm

fruit 1 kg
How to Make
To make vanilla sponge make foams beating together egg and
200 gm sugar. Add flour and baking powder to the foam. Add melted butter to the
mix and pour in a baking mould and bake in an oven at 190 degree C for 25
minutes. Now take milk and remaining sugar in a pan and heat to boil. Use some
milk to mix custard powder in another bowl. Add the custard mix in milk when
boils. When it gets thick, put the vanilla and remove from heat. Cut three
layers of the sponge and put custard mix in each layer and make custard cake.
Decorate with fruits and serve.
