Floating Snowball

Ingredients: 2 eggs
Sugar
6 tbsp
Vanilla
essence 1 tbsp
Water
400 ml
Milk
powder 100 gm
Two
small cardamom
Cinnamon

Corn
flour 1 tbsp
Saffron
a pinch
Cherry
Chocolate
syrup as required
How to make:
Mix
together 4 tbsp sugar, milk powder, water, cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla
essence in a pan and heat to boil. Add egg whites with 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl
and beat with electric beater keeping the bowl on boiling water. Add vanilla
essence and beat to make meringue. Collect meringue in a ball shape with ice
cream scoop and dip in hot milk to poach. Once poached, keep in a separate
plate on butter paper. Sieve the hot milk and add 3 tbsp sugar, egg yolks, corn
flour, saffron and 50 ml water. Heat to boil. When it thickens remove from
heat, add butter and let cool. In a dish put the meringue ball and decorate
with cherry and chocolate syrup.
