cup cocoa powder

½ Teaspoons baking soda

cups flour

½ tsp vanilla

cup vegetable oil

½ cup water

½ tsp vinegar
How to make:
1) Preheat
the oven at 350 degree.
2) Take
a pan without grease. Shift all the dry ingredients.
3) Add
the liquids and just stir until blended.
4) Bake
for 25 minutes
5) Cake
will be extremely moist. Now frost with your favorite frosting.
6) You
can also serve it with ice-cream.
