Pineapple Surprise







Preparation time:      1 and half an hour

Serve :                         6

Ingredients:               Pineapple 1 pc

                                   Whipped cream 1 pack
                                   Sugar 2 cups
                                   Salt 1 pinch
                                   Corn flour 6 tbsp
                                   Lemon juice 1 tsp
                                   Fresh cream ½ cup
                                   Raisin 3 tbsp
                                   Marie biscuits 12 pcs
                                   Melted butter ½ cup
                                   Icing sugar 2 tbsp
                                   Cherries 9 pcs

How to make Pineapple Surprise:

                                    Collect juice of a pineapple. Mix corn flour, salt, sugar and pineapple juice and cook it at medium heat. Remove from heat when thicken. Ground the biscuits, mix with butter. Press the grounded biscuits in a transparent bowl to make a layer and keep in freezer for 10 minutes. Take out from freezer and pour in the pineapple mixture evenly.
                                    Mix whipped cream, icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and beat well. Keep in the deep fridge for 30 minutes. Take out and put in a icing bag. Spread the icing on pineapple mixture and decorate with cherry.
