Making of Lemon Coconut Slice





Preparation time:         30 minutes
Serve:                          6
Ingredients:                 50 gm butter
                                    1 sweetened condensed milk
                                    1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
                                    2 tbsp extra lemon juice
                                    250 gm plain sweet biscuits (crushed)
                                    ½ cup coconut (desiccated)
                                    1 ¾ cup icing sugar
How to make:
1)      Grease and line a 28cm* 18cm laming-ton pan.
2)      Place butter and condensed milk in a small saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth, stir in lemon juice, set aside.
3)      In a large bowl, combine biscuits and coconut, stir in condensed milk mixture. Press mixture firmly and evenly into prepared pan.
4)      To make lemon icing combine icing sugar and extra lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until mixture is warmed through and completely smooth. Remove from heat and pour over the base immediately. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
5)      Just cut into slice before serving and enjoy very delicious lemon coconut slice.

Ingredients:


Crushed Sweetened Biscuits:150g
Melted Butter: 80g
Egg Yolks: 4
Sweetened Condensed Milk: 395g Kane
Finely chopped lime zest: 1tbsp
Lime Juice: ½ cup

How to make


1)      Preheat oven to  180°c. Grease a 20 cm flan tin with removable base
2)      In a medium bowl combine biscuits and butter. Press mixture over base and sides of prepared tin. Refrigerate 20 minutes
3)      Beat Egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk, zest and juice. pour mixture over prepared base.
4)      Bake 12 minutes or until just set. Refrigerate until required.

Serve with double thick cream.

Ingredients:                   1 ½ cups sugar
                                    ½ cup cocoa powder
                                    1 ½ Teaspoons baking soda
                                    2 cups flour
                                    ¾ tsp salt
                                    1 ½ tsp vanilla
                                    ¾ cup vegetable oil
                                    1 ½ cup water
                                    1 ½ tsp vinegar
How to make:
1)      Preheat the oven at 350 degree.
2)      Take a pan without grease. Shift all the dry ingredients.
3)      Add the liquids and just stir until blended.
4)      Bake for 25 minutes
5)      Cake will be extremely moist. Now frost with your favorite frosting.
6)      You can also serve it with ice-cream.

Ingredients:               Pineapple 1 pc

                                   Whipped cream 1 pack
                                   Sugar 2 cups
                                   Salt 1 pinch
                                   Corn flour 6 tbsp
                                   Lemon juice 1 tsp
                                   Fresh cream ½ cup
                                   Raisin 3 tbsp
                                   Marie biscuits 12 pcs
                                   Melted butter ½ cup
                                   Icing sugar 2 tbsp
                                   Cherries 9 pcs

How to make Pineapple Surprise:

                                    Collect juice of a pineapple. Mix corn flour, salt, sugar and pineapple juice and cook it at medium heat. Remove from heat when thicken. Ground the biscuits, mix with butter. Press the grounded biscuits in a transparent bowl to make a layer and keep in freezer for 10 minutes. Take out from freezer and pour in the pineapple mixture evenly.
                                    Mix whipped cream, icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and beat well. Keep in the deep fridge for 30 minutes. Take out and put in a icing bag. Spread the icing on pineapple mixture and decorate with cherry.

Ingredients:                   Milk 250 mg

                                    Cream 150 ml
                                    Eggs 6
                                    Coconut milk 100 ml
                                    Dried coconut powder 20 gm
                                    Vanilla essence 2 tsp
                                    Sugar 120 gm

How to make Coconut Cream Brulee:

                                    At first take coconut milk and milk in a pan and heat to boil it. Now add cream with the mixer and stir well. In another bowl mix together eggs, sugar, coconut powder and vanilla essence. Stir well to mix it. When it gets thick, sieve and collect the liquid in a bowl. Put the bowl in a large dish filled with water and keep the dish inside oven to bake 45 minutes in 160 degree C. The coconut cream Brule will get thick like pudding. Bring it out of oven and let cool. Put a light layer of sugar on top and burn with flame to make golden brown. Now decorate it and serve.

                          Milk powder 250 gm
                          Coconut paste 1 pc
                          Sugar 2 cups

                          Grounded cardamom 5 pcs
                          Dried whole milk with butter 1 cup

How to make Carrot and Coconuts Sweet

:              
                          At first boil the carrots and make paste. Now in a pan add the carrot paste, butter, coconut paste, sugar, cardamom and milk powder. Mix them well. Stir the mixer until it becomes thick. When the mixer gets sticky and the butter rises to the top remove the pan from heat. Now make sweets from this sticky portion and decorated them with dried milk powder.

Ingredients:                   Strawberry 10-15 pcs

                                    Vermicelli 1 pack
                                    Almond 1 pack
                                    Vanilla essence

                                    Water as required

How to make:

                                    Fry the almonds and chop them. Break the vermicelli and mix the fried almonds. Heat the butter in a pan and stir fry the vermicelli. Cut strawberry each in 2 pieces. Mix milk powder and water and boiled to thicken. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. And now arrange a plate with vermicelli layer and strawberry layer. Keep in a freezer and serve cool.

Ingredients:                   Onion 8 pcs

                                    Milk powder 400gm
                                    sugar 7 tbsp
                                    water 8 cup
                                    cardamom powder ½ tsp
                                    saffron a bit
                                    salt to taste.

How to make:

                                    At first cut both the edges of the onions. Wash them well and split them into quarters. Boil the onions in water. Drain the water, peel off the thin skin of the onions, separate the layers and wash them again in warm water. Mix a little bit salt and keep aside. Heat water in a deep pan, when it warms a little add milk, sugar and let boil. After the milk thickens pour in the boiled onions, cardamom powder and saffron. Remove the pan from heat, cool the dish and serve.

Ingredients:                   Semolina 2 cups

                                    Egg 2
                                    Icing sugar 1 cup
                                    Milk powder ½ cup
                                    Butter ½ cup
                                    For syrup sugar 1 cup
                                    Water 1 ½ cup

How to make:

                                    At first take a pan and make a mixer of butter and semolina. Then  stir it for a good batter. Now make a batter with semolina mixer, egg, sugar and milk. Put it in 7 inch square shaped mould. Brush with a little bit butter and pour the batter. Give it to oven for baking. It bakes near about 25 minutes at 160 degree C. Remove the Aflatoon when well cooked. Now make a sugar syrup and pour it to Aflatoon. And now cut it in any shape as you like.
