Dessert Recipe: Bread Pudding





Preparation time:           40 minutes

Serve:                           6

Ingredients:                   Bread 500 gm

                                    Butter 500 gm
                                    Liquid milk 1liter
                                    Sugar 150 gm
                                    Hot spices 10 gm
                                    Almond 10 gm
                                    Cashew nut 10 gm
                                    Cherries 4
                                    Raisins 150 gm

How to make:

                                    Cut the sides of the breads and make triangles. Heat butter in a pan and fry the breads thoroughly. In another pan mix together milk, sugar, raisins and hot spices and heat to boil. When it gets thick, remove from heat. Arrange the breads in a deep serving dish and pour in the thickened milk. Spread the cherries and nuts on top to serve.
