Ingredients:                   liquid milk 500 ml

                                    White chocolate 250 gm
                                    Dark chocolate 250 gm
                                    Eggs 4
                                    Sugar 50 gm
                                    Fresh cream 500 gm
                                    Gelatin powder 10 gm

How to make:

                                    Keep white and dark chocolates in two different bowls. Heat the milk in a pan and when boils pour the milk equally in two chocolate bowls. Dissolve the chocolates in milk. Make double cream beating fresh cream with a whisk. Take egg yolks and sugar in a bowl, put on warm water and stir with whisk. When the sugar dissolves, pour in the wet gelatin and stir to mix. Remove from the warm water and pour equally in the chocolate bowls. Now add the double cream equally in chocolate bowls. The white and dark chocolate mixes are ready. Pour dark chocolate mix in a dye and keep in deep fridge. When the mix freezes pour the white chocolate mix on top and keep in deep fridge again. When the mix freezes, remove from fridge, take out from dye and cut into pieces to serve in a dish.

Ingredients:                   cracker biscuits crumb 2 cups

                                    Soft butter ½ cup
                                    Cream cheese 900 gm
                                    Sugar 350 gm
                                    Egg yolks 6
                                    Egg white 6
                                    Sour curd 250 gm
                                    Milk 350 ml
                                    Vanilla 10 gm
                                    Lemon juice 1
                                    Corn flour 150 gm

How to make:              

                                    Make paste mixing together biscuit crumb, soft butter and 50 gm sugar. Take a ring mould, pour in the paste, press to fit well and make cake base. Keep the mould inside freezer. Take cream cheese and 200 gm sugar in a bowl and beat to mix well. When the sugar mixes well with cream add in the egg yolks and mix. Add in milk, curd, vanilla, lemon juice and corn flour. Beat egg white and 100 gm sugar in another bowl to make foam. Add the foam slowly with the cheese mix and made the mix. Now bring out the cake mould and pour in the cheese mix. Bake the mould in an oven at 170 degree for 40 minutes. Your cheese cake should be ready for serving.

Ingredients:                   2 eggs

                                    Sugar 6 tbsp
                                    Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
                                    Water 400 ml
                                    Milk powder 100 gm
                                    Two small cardamom   
                                    Cinnamon 2pcs
                                    Corn flour 1 tbsp
                                    Saffron a pinch
                                    Cherry
                                    Chocolate syrup as required

How to make:

                                    Mix together 4 tbsp sugar, milk powder, water, cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a pan and heat to boil. Add egg whites with 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl and beat with electric beater keeping the bowl on boiling water. Add vanilla essence and beat to make meringue. Collect meringue in a ball shape with ice cream scoop and dip in hot milk to poach. Once poached, keep in a separate plate on butter paper. Sieve the hot milk and add 3 tbsp sugar, egg yolks, corn flour, saffron and 50 ml water. Heat to boil. When it thickens remove from heat, add butter and let cool. In a dish put the meringue ball and decorate with cherry and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:                   Black rice 200gm

                                    Butter 5 tbsp
                                    Hazel nut chocolate 100gm
                                    Milk powder 400gm
                                    Grated pumpkin 1 cup
                                    Fennel ½ tbsp
                                    Sugar 150 gm
                                    Almond 2 tbsp
                                    Whipped cream powder 200gm
                                    Crystal jelly 1 pack
                                    Fresh cream 200gm
                                    Corn flour 1 tbsp
                                    Yolk of 4 eggs

How to make:

                                    Put butter in a pan and cook black rice like pilau. Mix hazel nut chocolate, 2 tbsp milk powder and remove the pan from heat. Stir fry pumpkins in a pan with butter till they are brown. Add sugar and almond and mix it. Keep the pan aside. Beat milk, water and whipped cream powder in a bowl and add to the pumpkin. Stir milk, water and egg yolks in another pan to make vanilla sauce. Add sugar, fresh cream, corn flour and stir it. Remove the sauce from heat. Make crystal jelly as directed on the pack. Now put the black rice in a clear glass and press. Spread over the pumpkin mixture and keep in freezer for 15 minutes. Pour crystal jelly over it and again keep in freezer. When cooled, pour the vanilla sauce on it. Decorate with chocolates, nuts and whipped cream.

Ingredients:               

                                   Chocolate cream biscuit 400gm
                                   Butter 2 tbsp
                                   Liquid milk 1 liter
                                   Custard powder 3 tbsp
                                   Coco powder 2 tbsp
                                   Sugar 4 tbsp
                                   Tinned cream
                                   Grated chocolate for garnishing

How to make:  

                                    First crush the biscuits into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and add the pieces of the biscuits and sugar. Stir fry. Remove the pan from heat when it gets sticky. In a food processor blend custard powder, coco powder, water and milk to make custard. Spread the pieces of biscuits in a square shaped dish and pour the custard. Garnish with cream and grated chocolate before serving.

Ingredients:                Sugar 1cup

                                    Orange syrup 2 tbsp
                                    Rose water 1 tbsp
                                    Lemon syrup 1 tbsp
                                    Water 1 cup
                                    Milk powder dissolved in water 1 liter
                                    Condensed milk ¼ cup
                                    Cream 1 cup
                                    Corn flour 6 tbsp
                                    Bread toast 8 slices
                                    Chopped pistachio ½ cup
                                    Orange 1 pc
                                    Cherry 16 pcs
                                    Grape 16 pcs
                                    Tooth picks

How to make:

                                    Spread toasted breads in a square shaped dish. Make syrup boiling together sugar, water, lemon juice, rose water and orange juice and spread on the toast. Now boil together milk, condensed milk, cream and corn flour. When it gets thick, add orange juice and rose water. When it gets sticky, remove from heat and spread on the toast. Keep the dish in freezer for 4 hours. In tooth pick insert a grape, a piece of orange, another grape and 1 cherry. Decorate 6 tooth picks and arrange on the pudding like candles. Spread the pistachio flakes on top.

Ingredients:                Dates without seeds 2 cups.

                                    Liquid milk 4 cups.
                                    Cornflower 2 tbsp.
                                    Honey 1 tbsp.
                                    Custard powder 1 tbsp.
                                    Digestive biscuits 1 pack.
                                    Chocolate sauce.

How to make:

                                  2 cups mashed date and 1 cup of milk pour in a pan and heat to boil. When the dates get soft, remove from heat and add the honey. In another pan add 3 cups milk, cornflower and custard powder and heat to boil. When the mixture gets thick, remove from heat and let it cool. In a serving dish first spread the date mixture. Then make a layer of digestive biscuits. Pour in the custard on top. Layer with chocolate sauce and serve it.

Ingredients:


Yogurt ½ cup

Milk powder ½ cup

Fresh cream 4 tbsp

Condensed milk ½ cup

Flour 180 gm.

Coco powder 20 gm.

Butter 100 gm.

Icing sugar 50 gm.

Egg 1 piece

Water 1 tbsp

Chocolate syrup

Strawberry
 

How to make:



At first make a dough using flour, egg, water, coco powder, butter and icing sugar. Wrap the dough in a clear sheet and keep in freezer for ½ hour. Bring out the dough and set in a tart mould. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven at 180 degree c. Bring out the tart and let it be cool. Now yogurt, milk, cream and condensed milk mix together in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the tart. Now serve in a dish dressed with Strawberry and Syrup.
