Ingredients:         Carrot 1 kg

                          Milk powder 250 gm
                          Coconut paste 1 pc
                          Sugar 2 cups
                          Butter 1 tbsp
                          Grounded cardamom 5 pcs
                          Dried whole milk with butter 1 cup

How to make Carrot and Coconuts Sweet

:              
                          At first boil the carrots and make paste. Now in a pan add the carrot paste, butter, coconut paste, sugar, cardamom and milk powder. Mix them well. Stir the mixer until it becomes thick. When the mixer gets sticky and the butter rises to the top remove the pan from heat. Now make sweets from this sticky portion and decorated them with dried milk powder.

Ingredients:                   Strawberry 10-15 pcs

                                    Vermicelli 1 pack
                                    Almond 1 pack
                                    Vanilla essence
                                    Sugar 2 cups
                                    Butter 2 tsp
                                    Milk powder 1 ½ cup
                                    Water as required

How to make:

                                    Fry the almonds and chop them. Break the vermicelli and mix the fried almonds. Heat the butter in a pan and stir fry the vermicelli. Cut strawberry each in 2 pieces. Mix milk powder and water and boiled to thicken. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. And now arrange a plate with vermicelli layer and strawberry layer. Keep in a freezer and serve cool.

Ingredients:                   Onion 8 pcs

                                    Milk powder 400gm
                                    sugar 7 tbsp
                                    water 8 cup
                                    cardamom powder ½ tsp
                                    saffron a bit
                                    salt to taste.

How to make:

                                    At first cut both the edges of the onions. Wash them well and split them into quarters. Boil the onions in water. Drain the water, peel off the thin skin of the onions, separate the layers and wash them again in warm water. Mix a little bit salt and keep aside. Heat water in a deep pan, when it warms a little add milk, sugar and let boil. After the milk thickens pour in the boiled onions, cardamom powder and saffron. Remove the pan from heat, cool the dish and serve.

Ingredients:                   Semolina 2 cups

                                    Egg 2
                                    Icing sugar 1 cup
                                    Milk powder ½ cup
                                    Butter ½ cup
                                    For syrup sugar 1 cup
                                    Water 1 ½ cup

How to make:

                                    At first take a pan and make a mixer of butter and semolina. Then  stir it for a good batter. Now make a batter with semolina mixer, egg, sugar and milk. Put it in 7 inch square shaped mould. Brush with a little bit butter and pour the batter. Give it to oven for baking. It bakes near about 25 minutes at 160 degree C. Remove the Aflatoon when well cooked. Now make a sugar syrup and pour it to Aflatoon. And now cut it in any shape as you like.

Ingredients:                   Eggs 4

                                    Sugar 3 cups
                                    Flour 1 cup
                                    Butter ¼ cup
                                    Milk powder 1 tbsp
                                    Cake improver 1 tbsp
                                    Pineapple essence ½ tbsp
                                    Pineapple ring (canned) 7 pcs
                                    Cherry 5 pcs
                                    Sugar 1 cup (turned to caramel)

How to make:

                                    Beat the egg whites in a bowl to make foam. In another bowl mix the egg yolks, sugar and butter. Then mix flour, milk powder, cake improver and a little bit essence. Now slowly mix the egg whites foam. In another pan put 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water for caramel and put the pineapple rings and the cherrys. Now lay down the batter on pineapple pan. Then gradually bake at 160 degree C for 40 minutes. When the cake is cooked serve with cream.

Ingredients :                   mashed carrot ¾ cup

                                    mashed pea ¼ cup
                                    cinnamon 4 pcs
                                    cardamom powder 1 ½ tbs
                                    milk film 1 cup
                                    milk powder 1cup
                                    sugar 2cups
                                    1 egg
                                    butter ½ cup
                                    condensed milk 2cup
                                    cashew nut 1tbsp
                                    pistachio 1tbsp
                                    flour 4tbsp
                                    liquid milk 1 cup


How to make:

                                    Heat the pan with some water and add carrots, cinnamon and stir well. In a bowl mix egg, milk powder, water, condensed milk, sugar and beat well. Add the mix to the pan and stir to mix. When it thickens add milk film, cardamom powder and remove from heat. pour in a dish and level it. Heat the remaining butter in a pan and add the mashed peas and cinnamon. Stir well and add condensed milk, sugar and milk powder. Keep stirring, make malai adding liquid milk and sugar to flour fried in heated butter. Add milk film to the peas mix, stir well and remove from heat. Make layer with carrot mix on the peas mix. Now put the malai on top and let cool. cut in a shape as you like and serve with nuts.

Ingredients:                    Milk powder 2 ½ cups

                                    Water 2 ½ cups
                                    Posset 1 cup
                                    Eggs 6
                                    Sugar 1 cup
                                    Fresh cream ½ cup
                                    Butter 3 tbsp
                                    Salt a pinch
                                    Vanilla essence a little
                                    Chopped almond

How to make:

                                    Dissolve milk powder in warm water. Mix together posset, butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat eggs one at a time and add to the bowl and beat to mix well. Add fresh cream, vanilla essence, salt to the bowl and mix well to make dough. Brush a pudding mould with butter and put the dough in it. Set the mould in a tray and fill outside the bowl with water. Put the pot inside a preheated electric oven and bake for 40 minutes at 160 degree c. Bring out, sprinkle the chopped almonds and serve.

                                    Sugar 20 gm

How to make:

                                    Mix milk, salt, butter in a pan and heat to boil. Add in the flour and stir to make paste. Remove from heat, add the eggs and mix thoroughly. When the mixture is ready use piping bag and nozzle to make small drops in the baking tray. Bake the tray to make roll. Now put custard filling in the rolls. Join the rolls with caramel and make pyramid shaped Croquem Bouche.

How to make:

                                    Cut the sides of the breads and make triangles. Heat butter in a pan and fry the breads thoroughly. In another pan mix together milk, sugar, raisins and hot spices and heat to boil. When it gets thick, remove from heat. Arrange the breads in a deep serving dish and pour in the thickened milk. Spread the cherries and nuts on top to serve.

Ingredients:               Milk 200 ml

                                   Sugar 10 gm
                                   Eggs 2
                                   Flour 150 gm
                                   Butter 30 gm

How to make:  

                                    First make crepe. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, salt in a bowl and beat. Add flour, beat again and add the butter. Beat to make the crepe mixture and fry crepes in the pan one at a time. Fold them in quarters and keep in plate.
                                    Heat sugar and water in a pan till it gets brown. Add butter. When it melts, add fresh cream and stir to mix well. When the mix gets thick, add orange juice and stir to make sauce. Cook the crepes in the sauce and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.

                                    Corn flour 60-70 gm

How to make:

                                    Add the sugar in 750 ml milk and heat to boil. In another pan mix the corn flour with 250 ml milk. When the milk boils, add the corn flour mix and cool to make sticky. Add the rose water and remove from heat. Pour in a glass bowl, sprinkle the pistachio and serve.

Sugar 300 gm
Baking powder 5 gm
Butter 40gm
Flour 180 gm

Custard powder 40 gm
Seasonal mixed fruit 1 kg

How to Make

To make vanilla sponge make foams beating together egg and 200 gm sugar. Add flour and baking powder to the foam. Add melted butter to the mix and pour in a baking mould and bake in an oven at 190 degree C for 25 minutes. Now take milk and remaining sugar in a pan and heat to boil. Use some milk to mix custard powder in another bowl. Add the custard mix in milk when boils. When it gets thick, put the vanilla and remove from heat. Cut three layers of the sponge and put custard mix in each layer and make custard cake. Decorate with fruits and serve.

Ingredients:                   liquid milk 500 ml

                                    White chocolate 250 gm
                                    Dark chocolate 250 gm
                                    Eggs 4
                                    Sugar 50 gm
                                    Fresh cream 500 gm
                                    Gelatin powder 10 gm

How to make:

                                    Keep white and dark chocolates in two different bowls. Heat the milk in a pan and when boils pour the milk equally in two chocolate bowls. Dissolve the chocolates in milk. Make double cream beating fresh cream with a whisk. Take egg yolks and sugar in a bowl, put on warm water and stir with whisk. When the sugar dissolves, pour in the wet gelatin and stir to mix. Remove from the warm water and pour equally in the chocolate bowls. Now add the double cream equally in chocolate bowls. The white and dark chocolate mixes are ready. Pour dark chocolate mix in a dye and keep in deep fridge. When the mix freezes pour the white chocolate mix on top and keep in deep fridge again. When the mix freezes, remove from fridge, take out from dye and cut into pieces to serve in a dish.

Ingredients:                   cracker biscuits crumb 2 cups

                                    Soft butter ½ cup
                                    Cream cheese 900 gm
                                    Sugar 350 gm
                                    Egg yolks 6
                                    Egg white 6
                                    Sour curd 250 gm
                                    Milk 350 ml
                                    Vanilla 10 gm
                                    Lemon juice 1
                                    Corn flour 150 gm

How to make:              

                                    Make paste mixing together biscuit crumb, soft butter and 50 gm sugar. Take a ring mould, pour in the paste, press to fit well and make cake base. Keep the mould inside freezer. Take cream cheese and 200 gm sugar in a bowl and beat to mix well. When the sugar mixes well with cream add in the egg yolks and mix. Add in milk, curd, vanilla, lemon juice and corn flour. Beat egg white and 100 gm sugar in another bowl to make foam. Add the foam slowly with the cheese mix and made the mix. Now bring out the cake mould and pour in the cheese mix. Bake the mould in an oven at 170 degree for 40 minutes. Your cheese cake should be ready for serving.

Ingredients:                   2 eggs

                                    Sugar 6 tbsp
                                    Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
                                    Water 400 ml
                                    Milk powder 100 gm
                                    Two small cardamom   
                                    Cinnamon 2pcs
                                    Corn flour 1 tbsp
                                    Saffron a pinch
                                    Cherry
                                    Chocolate syrup as required

How to make:

                                    Mix together 4 tbsp sugar, milk powder, water, cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a pan and heat to boil. Add egg whites with 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl and beat with electric beater keeping the bowl on boiling water. Add vanilla essence and beat to make meringue. Collect meringue in a ball shape with ice cream scoop and dip in hot milk to poach. Once poached, keep in a separate plate on butter paper. Sieve the hot milk and add 3 tbsp sugar, egg yolks, corn flour, saffron and 50 ml water. Heat to boil. When it thickens remove from heat, add butter and let cool. In a dish put the meringue ball and decorate with cherry and chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:                   Black rice 200gm

                                    Butter 5 tbsp
                                    Hazel nut chocolate 100gm
                                    Milk powder 400gm
                                    Grated pumpkin 1 cup
                                    Fennel ½ tbsp
                                    Sugar 150 gm
                                    Almond 2 tbsp
                                    Whipped cream powder 200gm
                                    Crystal jelly 1 pack
                                    Fresh cream 200gm
                                    Corn flour 1 tbsp
                                    Yolk of 4 eggs

How to make:

                                    Put butter in a pan and cook black rice like pilau. Mix hazel nut chocolate, 2 tbsp milk powder and remove the pan from heat. Stir fry pumpkins in a pan with butter till they are brown. Add sugar and almond and mix it. Keep the pan aside. Beat milk, water and whipped cream powder in a bowl and add to the pumpkin. Stir milk, water and egg yolks in another pan to make vanilla sauce. Add sugar, fresh cream, corn flour and stir it. Remove the sauce from heat. Make crystal jelly as directed on the pack. Now put the black rice in a clear glass and press. Spread over the pumpkin mixture and keep in freezer for 15 minutes. Pour crystal jelly over it and again keep in freezer. When cooled, pour the vanilla sauce on it. Decorate with chocolates, nuts and whipped cream.
